A delegation of students and faculty from Indonesian universities recently visited CSCEC's subsidiary in Indonesia to explore new pathways for industry-academia cooperation. 

Project site visit

The delegation toured the site of a key project undertaken by CSCEC, immersing themselves in the company’s safety management systems, technological innovations, project progress control, quality management, and construction challenges. The hands-on experience provided valuable insights to aid their future studies and careers.

Roundtable discussion

Following the site tour, a roundtable discussion took place, where company leaders shared information about CSCEC's development in Indonesia, market positioning, technical advantages, and future direction. The discussion also highlighted talent cultivation programs, such as the Up We Build program.

Professor Rosmalita from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Indonesia expressed interest in deepening cooperation with CSCEC in areas such as academic research, talent development, and industry practices. A ceremony for the establishment of a youth employment training base was also held during the event.
