The project team conducted extensive training sessions, including over 50 skill workshops through platforms like the "UWB College" and "Workers' Night School." These efforts trained over 100 engineers and more than 800 technical personnel, creating approximately 35,000 local job opportunities. The project also integrated environmental protection measures, planting 13,500 square meters of grass to contribute to local environmental preservation.
