Recently, CSCEC-built Plantation Grove project in Tengah new town in Tengah, Singapore, successfully secured TOP certificates.

The project consists of 17 residential buildings ranging from 9 to 14 stories, comprising a total of 1,620 housing units. Additionally, it includes two underground car parks with rooftop gardens and a community center.
