Recently, the T2 and T3 towers of the Shenzhen Free Trade Time Center project, constructed by CSCEC, were topped out. The project, designed with the concept of a "miniature city," is a high-rise complex near the subway. Located in the Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen, the total construction area is approximately 500,000 square meters.
After multiple rounds of planning, the project team adopted hydraulic climbing formwork equipment, significantly enhancing formwork safety and boosting construction efficiency, laying a solid foundation for the project's high-quality performance.
The project employs a "menu" component shipping mechanism, where components are ordered in advance through a planned schedule. This greatly improves component installation efficiency, aiding in the scientific construction of the project.
The project introduces 14 types of intelligent equipment, including tower crane comprehensive monitoring, throughout the entire construction cycle. This contributes to the project's performance, quality, and efficiency. Portable track machines and climbing welding robots are also utilized, increasing welding efficiency by 50%, effectively improving construction efficiency and driving high-quality project progress.
