The newly-built transfer stations consist of eight buildings including an administration building, a waste transfer platform, and a maintenance room. These modern facilities will offer advanced waste classification, transfer, and environmental management services for the capital. The comprehensive daily waste processing capacity is expected to reach 150 tons, reducing marine waste emissions by approximately 260 tons annually.

During the construction process, the CSCEC team utilized reusable materials from completed projects to minimize one-time investments. Moreover, they used local resources, such as sea sand for road construction, to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment. Strict monitoring was implemented for water-soluble substances and air pollutants like nitrogen oxides, showcasing a strong commitment to ecological responsibility.
