Recently, the Package A for Stage 2 of Etihad Rail Project constructed by CSCEC received the received the Taking Over Certificate, marking the successful delivery of the Project on schedule.

Taking Over Certificate

This Project is the first railroad project undertaken by CSCEC in EPC mode abroad. The project has been awarded the International Safety Award Excellence by the British Security Council for two consecutive years with excellent performance.

The Etihad Rail Network is an important part of the Gulf Railway network, which will cover the country's major industrial centers, manufacturing centers, logistics centers, densely populated areas, and important ports and harbors. As an important part of the Etihad Rail network, the Project plays a key role in connecting Saudi Arabia with the UAE. The Project will provide a reliable rail transportation solution for logistics and trade between the two countries, further strengthening economic cooperation and exchanges between the two countries and promoting sustainable development in the region.
