Recently, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the temporary curtain wall factory for the Alamein Down Tower project, which is being built by CSCEC. The establishment of the temporary curtain wall factory will effectively ensure the construction progress of the Alamein Down Tower project.

Reda Boulos, the owner's representative, praised the achievements made by the project since its commencement and expressed his confidence that the smooth start of the curtain wall factory would help accelerate the project's progress. He hoped the project will continue to balance speed and quality, ultimately becoming a shining pearl on the Mediterranean coast.

The curtain wall factory, located 400 kilometers away from the project site in Egypt's TEDA Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone, is under intensive construction and is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of June. The factory has four production lines with a maximum annual production capacity of 150,000 square meters. The factory is equipped with advanced production equipment from internationally renowned OYT, ensuring zero error and zero mistakes in film thickness, hardness, color, and gridlines of components. The factory strictly adheres to BS, ASTM, and AAMA standards, ensuring the safety and reliability of the glass curtain wall.

Over 70 people, including representatives from NUCA Alamein, DAR, and other partner organizations, as well as representatives from the construction companies and local subcontractors, attended the event.

The Alamein Downtown Towers is the starting point and center of the New Alamein City's development. The project includes the design and construction of one ultra-high-rise, fully furnished iconic tower, four ultra-high-rise, fully furnished residential and commercial buildings, as well as municipal landscape engineering, with a total construction area of about 1.09 million square meters. Currently, the main structure of some residential buildings has exceeded a height of 100 meters.
