Recently, the Arenco Hotel H02 projec tundertaken by CSCEC has successively obtained the Dubai Civil Defense certificate, the completion certificate and the taking over certificate, marking the official completion and delivery of the project.

The project, located on the main road of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will serve as a Hilton luxury five-star resort hotel after its completion. The project has a construction area of about 70,000 square meters, including 15 floors above ground and one underground, with a total of 608 guest rooms. The hotel has a business function area including a banquet hall and a main hall, an executive lounge, small and medium-sized meeting rooms, boardrooms, business centers, offices, prayer rooms, a retail area, underground parking lots, etc.; a recreational fitness area including spa and fitness centers, a main pool with a pool bar and a shower area, a kids club and a swimming pool; and a dining area including a special bar and a beach restaurant.

The project team has overcome a number of difficulties during the construction, actively used innovative technologies such as modules and process tracking to solve problems, and won a number of safety awards at the same time.
