Marwan Medhat is a safety engineer of CSCEC (Egypt). At the New Capital CBD project, his hard work has been witnessed byall of us. A safe work environment has been maintained through his daily routines, such as guaranteeing the safety and health of the construction site, communicating with the DAR safety department, and standardizing the implementation rules for safe production.

Marwan Medhat loves learning. In the classroom at the "Luban Institute" (a non-profit organization, set up by CSCEC (Egypt), specializing in cultivating the skills of builders), he absorbed much experience on construction and management, and integrated it according to the actual situation during work. A training on an improved "safety license" system on safe work standards for all safety engineers is launched by Marwan.Being patient and meticulous, Marwan always provides constructive comments.
