Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Museum, the only ancient imperial kiln factory site in China, won the Architizer A+ Award, a globally recognized architectural annual award, and the Future Architecture Award. In order to ensure the coexistence of the historicity and modern practicability of the old building, the project team, based on the extensive use of ancient construction techniques such as wood work, clay work, and stone work, has incorporated various modern crafts such as steel structure, curtain wall, water supply and drainage, and gas, into the construction to improve the livability and applicability of buildings.

During the construction of the Jingdezhen Royal Kiln Museum, the project team successfully completed the relocation of kiln sites in the Ming and Qing Dynasties with a total weight of 734 tons, creating the world's first successful case of the largest group relocation of kiln sites in the world.

The structure of themuseum is not only curved, but also multi-curved, with variable curvature. There has never been any construction experience for such a project at home and abroad. Facing the technical difficulties, the team constructed the hyperboloid arch based on BIM+MR, stake out robot and 3D laser scanning technology to reduce the error to within 5 mmfrom 1cm per 100 meters.
