KTFT Expressway Project in Nepal

The tunnel opening ceremony of KTFT Expressway project in Nepal was held in mid-April, marking the full excavation of the first tunnel of the project. With a length of 4.345 kilometers, the tunnel project is the longest under construction in Nepal and the largest EPC infrastructure project in the Nepalese market in recent years. The length of the tunnel is about 3.4 kilometers, and all kinds of materials can enter the construction site at present.

Vivo India Industrial Park Phase I Project

The main structure of U1 power center of Vivo India Industrial Park Phase I project is capped. The project is located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, with a total floor area of 258,000 square meters. The U1 power center adopts an advanced centralized control system for power energy, and will become the monitoring and management center for power energy of the entire industrial park when it is completed, boosting the full operation of Vivo Industrial Park in India.

Samanea complex in Indonesia

The main structure of the MPB Tower at the Samanea complex in Indonesia has been completed 72 days ahead of schedule. So far, the project has entered the stage of decoration. The Samanea complex is located in Tangerang, Indonesia, covering a total floor area of 189,000 square meters, including a commercial mall and the MPB complex. Once completed, it will be the new first one-stop-shopping market for home building materials in Indonesia.

Section 1 of the pan-European Corridor 5C

Section 1 of the pan-European Corridor 5c in Bosnia and Herzegovina is the first expressway contracted by CSCEC in Europe. Currently, asphalt paving has been completed under the main line in No.2 and No.3 Work area. The total length of asphalt pavement is 900 meters, with a total area of 14,800 square meters and a total amount of asphalt of 2,488 tons. With a total length of 10.095km and a design driving speed of 120km/h, the project is a four-lane expressway and an important road in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After completion, it will drive the economic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Balkans and the regions along the route of the Belt and Road Initiative.

Arenco Resort Hotel H02 

The Arenco Resort Hotel H02 contracted by CSCEC has successively obtained the Dubai civil defense certificate, the construction completion certificate and the project handover certificate, signifying the formal completion and delivery of the project. Located on the main road of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE, the project will be a luxury five-star resort upon completion. The construction area of the project is about 70,000 square meters, including 15 floors above ground and 1 floor underground with a total of 608 rooms. The hotel is equipped with a banquet hall, an executive lounge, small and medium-sized meeting rooms, a board meeting room, a business center, offices, prayer rooms, retail areas, underground parking lots and other business areas. Its recreation and fitness areas have a spa, a fitness centre, a main swimming pool with a pool bar as well as a children's club and a swimming pool in the external shower area. The dining areas include a characteristic bar and beach restaurants.
