Recently, a number of projects of CSCEC in the UAE have completed project process nodes, winning high recognition and praisefromthe clients and supervisors.

Grande on Plot B4 Project

Recently, capping of Grande on Plot B4 Project has been completed. Located inthe core financial and commercial district of Dubai, it is the largest single building invested by Dubai's largest real estate investment company EMAAR Properties after Burj Khalifa. The project is about 280 meters high, with a construction area of 180,000 square meters, and consists of five underground floors, 74 floors above ground, and a total of 882 apartments.

Since the commencement, the project team overcame numerous challenges, finished major construction nodes with high quality as scheduled, and set a new record of a constructing the structure of a floor in four days. At the same time, the project achieved remarkable results in safety management as well as environmental protection and obtained “eight million safe man-hours” and LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. All aspects of the project has been recognized by various parties. And the client and supervisor have sent their thank-you letters to the project team.

Deira Waterfront Development (Phase 1) Plot No. 10 Project

CSCEC has recently received the taking over certificate from ITHRA Dubai, clientof the Deira Waterfront Development (Phase 1) Plot No.10 Project. ITHRA Dubai is a real estate developer wholly owned by Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). The project, located in the old city of Deira, Dubai, has a construction area of 70,000 square meters, and consists of two underground floors, an IBIS hotel, a residential building, an office building and a multi-storey car park.

With joint efforts, the project team received the taking over certificate issued by the client only 14 days after receiving the BCC (Building Completion Certificate) on October 17, which is a high recognition of the client and the supervisor for the performance of CSCEC.

Paramount Tower Hotel & Residence Project

Recently, the Paramount Tower Hotel & Residence undertaken by CSCEC has successfully passed the completion acceptance of the Dubai government, and obtained the fire control acceptance and completion acceptance certificate. The project is located on the south side of Dubai Mall, with a total of 64 floors and a total height of nearly 260 meters, including luxury hotels and high-end apartments.

The project team has made innovations in the project. It is the first project using an aluminum formwork system, an internal climbing tower crane, and launching asafe production month activity. As a model project, it was highly recognized by the client and supervisor. The successful completion of the project fully showcased CSCEC’s capability.

Crescent Hotel Project

Recently, the Crescent Hotel project has been successfully completed, and the project team has received the taking over certificate from the supervisor. Crescent Hotel Project, with the building area exceeding 70,000 square meters, is a 5-star hotel located in the east of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, with 325 rooms, theme restaurants, bars, spas, ballrooms, meeting rooms and other facilities. After completion, the project will become another high-end tourism business card of the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE.

Al Shindagha Corridor Project

Recently, the Al Shindagha Corridor project undertaken by CSCEC has held a ceremony at the project site to announce the successful completion of the bridge erection work. The construction content includes bridge engineering, pavement structure, traffic signs and road markings, street lighting, traffic system, rainwater drainage system, modification and protection of existing pipeline systems, and demolition and removal of existing obstacles.

Package A for Stage 2 of Etihad Rail

Recently, the track-laying work of Package A for Stage 2 of Etihad Rail, which is undertaken by CSCEC, has been completed. The client Etihad Railheld a ceremony at the project siteto announce the formal completion of the track-laying. During the ceremony, Shadi Malak, Etihad Rail’s Chief Executive Officer, expressed his appreciation and gratitude to CSCEC for the high-quality performance. A representative of the client highly recognized CSCEC’s achievement in project schedule, quality, and safety, and fully commended the project team’s proficiency andefficient execution.

The first section of the Stage 2 of Etihad Rail is the first railway undertaken by CSCEC in the UAE.
