To promote the global image of Chinese enterprises, the Chinese Enterprise Global Image Summit 2021 was held in Beijing on December 6 online and offline. With the theme of "Promoting Sustainable Development and Building a Better World", the forum, under the guidance of China International Communications Group (CICG), was organized by China Center for International Communication Development(CCICD)  under CICG. The event is also supported by CSCEC and others organizations.

Nearly 100 people attended the event. Zhou Yong, Vice General Manager of CSCEC, was invited to attend the forum and delivered a keynote speech entitled "Practicing the Concept of a Community with a Shared Future to Build a Business Card for Chinese Construction, Chinese Friendship and Chinese Spirit".

In his keynote speech, Zhou congratulated on the successful convening of the summit and expressed his gratitude for the long-term care and support given by all sectors of society to the reform and development of CSCEC. He said that CSCEC will continue to uphold the concept of sustainable development, adhere to the principles of extensive consultation, joint efforts and shared benefits, take the "hard connectivity" of infrastructure as an important direction, take the "soft connectivity" of rules as an important support, and take heart-to-heart connections among people as an important foundation to promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road cooperation, so as to make contributions to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.

To have a scientific, objective and comprehensive understanding of the global public's opinion on Chinese enterprises, the Chinese Enterprise Global Image Survey Report 2021 was released by China Center for International Communication Development under CICG, in collaboration with the Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies, and research company Kantar China during the forum. For the third consecutive year, CSCEC ranked first on the list of “Chinese Enterprise Global Image” in the construction industry category.

The selection results for “Excellent Cases of Chinese Enterprise Global Image Construction 2021” was announced at the summit. The case of CSCEC themed on witnessing happiness to build dreams and a new cultural card together was selected as one of the excellent cases in the category of cross-cultural integration and was selected as one of the “Top 10 Excellent Cases” of the year. The case themed on expanding the happiness space for the development of Nepal was selected as one of the excellent cases in overseas social responsibility category.
