On the morning of June 17, Cairo time, the "Witness Happiness" Cloud Open Day event & topping-out ceremony of—the "Africa's tallest building" held at the CBD project in New Administrative Capital . Assem Gazza, Egyptian Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities; Khalid Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities; Ahmed Sallam, Undersecretary of Egypt's State Information Service; Sharif Sherbiny, Head of the New Administrative Capital Authority; Ahmad Azim, General Manager of DAR and relevant officials of CSCEC (Egypt) attended the event.

In his speech, Assem Gazza conveyed the care from President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly for the progress of the CBD project, congratulated on the achievements of the CBD project, and expressed his thanks to the hard work of the Chinese and Egyptian employees.

He said, it is hoped that all parties in China and Egypt would continue to make efforts and cooperate with each other to ensure the progress of the CBD project in an all-round way, continue to implement this cooperation model in the New Alamein City and other projects. He looks forward to more cooperation with CSCEC in the future.
