DWTC (Dubai World Trade Center) and the Engineer KEO haveofficially issued the taking over certificate to CSCEC ME for the timely completion of Expo Village Project recently.

As one of the major developments of Dubai Expo 2020, Expo Village is considered as the key project for CSCEC ME andthe local authorities. The 282 million USD project consistsof 10 residential towers, 3 podiums and 1500 apartments. The project team overcame many difficulties such as full-scale construction site, complex coordination and tight schedule. With efforts of the project team, Expo Village project was awarded International Safety Awards 2020 by the British Safety Council and Safety Project of the Year in 2020 by CSCEC ME.

The Expo Village was designated as the residential community for Expo staffs. Under the theme of "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future", all Parcels are designed to meet the standards of LEED certification, which makes Expo Village one of Dubai’s most exciting sustainable developments.
