On April 7, 2021, China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd (CCDC), a regional subsidiary of CSCEC, won the bid for a new international school expansion project, and once again won the trust of the owners in the field of educational public construction with professional quality.

In 2009, CCDC undertook the project of UWC (World Union College) Tambini Campus, which is the top international school in Singapore at present, and won three awards from Building and Construction Authority. The owner's representative responsible for the implementation of this project is the same person as the owner's representative when performing the UWC World Union College project. Thanks to the good cooperation foundation of both parties and the company's performance in the aforementioned project, and this time CCDC stood out among many competitors by virtue of its excellent bidding scheme, and successfully won the bid. Through the above measures, the effective implementation of the CSCEC’s ''big busines'' system in CCDC has also been fully demonstrated.

The contribution of CCDC to Singapore's education has a long history. Since the first educational project, Balestier Hill Primary, was built in 2000, CCDC has built a total of 18 schools in Singapore in 21 years, including the international school in Singapore this time. From primary school, middle school, university and graduate school, CCDC participated in the construction of every project, accompanying every stage of Singapore's public education.

It is reported that the project will start on May 3, 2021, with a contract period of 23 months.
