On January 21, 2021, the Congo Culture Wall outside CSCEC Region Afrique Centrale & Occidentale was completed. The Culture Wall is located at the headquarters of the CSCEC Region Afrique Centrale & Occidentale in Brazzaville, the capital of Congo. On January 21, 2021, the culture wall was finished after more than two weeks of painting and polishing. Everyone can feel a different "cold winter" in the Southern Hemisphere when they see the warm colors matched with the brilliant sunshine of Congo (Brazzaville).
