The project includes projects such as Building A2 of the tenth phase of Yushan International and other districts as well as plots of Longjing in Foshan. The project, with a construction area of nearly 2.62 million square meters and a project value of 6.58 billion yuan, contains the residential buildings, apartments, commercial buildings and schools. It is an international urban complex that combines modern fashion and oriental wisdom.
General Contracting for Dream Times Square in Wuhan, Hubei Province
5.86 billion yuan
Winning bidder: China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd
Located in Wuchang District, Wuhan City, the project, with a total construction area of approximately 799,400 square meters and a project value of 5.86 billion yuan, is a key project in the 13th Five-Year Plan of Wuhan. The project will be the home to the first indoor ski resort in Wuhan. After its completion, the project will become a commercial complex with both indoor parks and snow parks, and also a commercial complex with the largest building area of a single building in Central China.

5.3 billion yuan
Winning bidder: China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd
After the national modern exhibition halls built by the Ministry of Commerce in Shanghai and Guangzhou in collaboration with the local governments, the project is the third of its kind co-built by the Ministry of Commerce and the Tianjin Municipal Government. It will be the largest exhibition hall in northern China once completed.
The total construction area is about 1.04 million square meters, with a project amount of 5.30 billion yuan. It will, when completed, meet the requirement of holding international exhibitions and top-tier conferences, and help Tianjin build an open economic system.

General Contracting for the Second Phase (North Extension) of Line 13 of the Shenzhen Metro, Guangdong Province

Led by China Construction Infrastructure Co., Ltd, the project is organized and implemented by China Construction South Investment Co., Ltd and co-built by China Construction First Group Corporation Limited., China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd., China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd., China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd., and China Construction Industrial & Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. The total length of the line is about 19.296km, with a total investment of 12.03 billion yuan. When completed, the line will run through the three administrative regions of Guangming, Bao'an and Nanshan, and it will connect Hong Kong in the south and Dongguan in the north, which is of great significance to further deepening the integrated development of Shenzhen-Dongguan, accelerate the connectivity of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and realizing the integration of urban agglomerations in the Greater Bay Area.

The first phase of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 27 is an infill line in the northern suburb of Chengdu, with a project cost of 9.36 billion yuan and a total length of about 24.86km. After the completion, it will further strengthen the transportation connection between the northern part of Chengdu and the central city, expand the service of rapid rail transit, and greatly improve the public transportation for residents along the line.
EPC General Contracting for Makati Metro Transport, the Philippines
8.49 billion yuan
Winning bidder: China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd
Located in Makati City, the Philippines, the project, with a project value of 8.49 billion yuan, is the first subway in the Philippines and a key project of the 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services. The project adopts Chinese standards, Chinese designs, Chinese equipments, and Chinese technologies, and will be built and operated by Chinese companies.

In addition to the above projects, CSCEC signed another nearly 100 two-billion-yuan-plus projects including the general contracting for urban renewal and engineering reform project of the Shenzhen Xindian Industrial Park in Guangdong, and the general contracting for the station construction of Shandong section of the new Zhengzhou-Jinan railway in Liaocheng, Shandong Province.
