From Nov. 5 to 10, the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held in Shanghai. China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), as a major constructor of ports, airports, and exhibition facilities as well as an intermediary connecting domestic and overseas markets, has been a witness to the substantial development of China’s foreign trade over the decades.
