South African Minister of Transport Barbara Creecy visits N3 national road upgrade projects

Recently, South Africa’s Minister of Transport, Barbara Creecy, visited the N3 national road upgrade projects undertaken by CSCEC. The road is one of South Africa's most vital transport arteries, connecting the Port of Durban with Gauteng Province, serving as a primary route for both freight and passenger traffic. The project is not only improving transportation but has also created jobs and skills training opportunities for over 1,000 local young people. Upon completion, the upgraded N3 Highway will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency of South Africa's logistics network.

Successful first jacking of the Bridge B555B on the Capacity Improvements to the E.B CLOETE Interchange Project in South Africa

Recently, CSCEC successfully completed the first jacking of the Bridge B555B, a key part of the Capacity Improvements to the E.B CLOETE Interchange Project in Durban, located in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa's third-largest city.

The E.B CLOETE Interchange, a four-tier, bidirectional structure, is one of the major traffic hubs in South Africa. The successful lift marks a new phase of construction for the project.

Once completed, it will significantly improve traffic flow within Durban, enhance transportation efficiency, and provide more convenient travel experience for local residents.
