Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities of Egypt visits the Alamein Down Towers

Sherif El Sherbini, Egyptian Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, recently visited the Alamein Down Towers constructed by CSCEC to review the progress of the works.

During the visit, Sherbini toured the model apartments and construction zones, and ascended the Iconic Tower to gain an overview of the  Alamein Downtown Towers and the Alamein Crystal Lagoons. He received detailed briefings on the civil works, interior and exterior finishing, and mechanical and electrical installations.

The Alamein Downtown Towers covers an area of approximately 1.1 million square meters. It includes the construction of a super high-rise residential building approximately 300 meters tall, four high-rise residential buildings around 200 meters tall, as well as commercial facilities and municipal and landscaping works. Located between the Iconic Tower and four super high-rise residential buildings, the Alamein Crystal Lagoons spans about 636,000 square meters. It encompasses the design and construction of seven lakeside islands, eleven lagoons, and a circular waterfront promenade.

As of now, the tower and podium structures of the four super high-rise residential buildings are fully completed, while the Iconic Tower has reached its 65th floor. The Alamein Crystal Lagoons is in the excavation phase.
