CSCEC has reached a major milestone in its City Center Residences Project, successfully topping out the main structure.

Standing at 221.5 meters tall, the project includes both underground and above-ground structures, as well as interior finishes, curtain wall systems, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) works.

After two years of dedicated effort, the project team has completed the construction of the 61-story main structure, laying a solid foundation for the next phase of development.
