The groundbreaking ceremony for the affordable housing project in Taif in Saudi Arabia, a key people's livelihood project undertaken by CSCEC, was successfully held recently. Representatives from CSCEC, the owner, the supervisor, and project personnel attended the event.

The project is located in the Taif city in the Makkah Region of Saudi Arabia. It is a government-funded affordable housing project developed by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing and managed by the National Housing Company. The total construction area is about 120,000 square meters, the project aimed at improving the housing conditions of the middle and low-income groups in the country.
