According to the project, 102 km of new roads are built and 185 km of roads are renovated and expanded. The effective construction time only lasts for 6 months for the prolonged rainy season from November to April each year. In order to solve the problems brought by long construction line and short effective construction period, two quarries, two asphalt stations, two aggregate mixing stations and three project camps areset up as the project progresses. At the same time, the staffing is increased, with 242 managers and 7,890 local workers employed during peak hours, eliminating the difficulty brought by the short effective construction period.
