South Africa EB Cloete interchange upgrade project—hoisting complete for B209 underpass widening

The project is a key national transport infrastructure scheme for South Africa. Its scope covers upgrading the EB interchange, widening other bridges, ramps and roads, along with the construction of associated facilities. Once complete, it will significantly ease the region's long-running traffic congestion.

Bangsar Hill project—Block C reaches main structure completion

The project rises up to 242 meters and comprises two high-rise residential towers, one basement level and an 11-level above-ground parking structure. The project earned a five-star HASSIC safety and quality recognition from CIDB, highlighting its disciplined, standardized construction management.

Molek project—Tower B tops put; Tower A enters roof-stage construction

Covering roughly 160,000 square meters of floor area and standing 123 meters, the project features high-rise quality residences and a multi-level above-ground parking garage, with amenities including a swimming pool, children's playground, multifunctional hall, gymnasium, outdoor park and running track. It is designed as a premium residential community that blends comfort, leisure and healthy living.

Gem Riverside project moves into standard-floor construction

Located in the core of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the project covers about 110,500 square meters and is positioned as a benchmark development in Vietnam's premium residential market.

S19-3 project breaks ground

Situated in Ho Chi Minh City's District 7, the project comprises two basement levels, 13 residential floors and supporting facilities. Once completed, it will further fill out the city's southern urban functions and enhance the quality of the local living environment.
