Meet the smart, safer "ground cockpit" for tower cranes — the intelligent tower crane control system.
The system brings together 5G, IoT, AI vision, LiDAR and edge-cloud digital twin technologies to build an end-to-end intelligent management platform that integrates: remote control, centralized management, 3D anti-collision, automated lifting, intelligent recognition, data analytics, safety monitoring, driving construction sites on a steady shift from traditional to smart.

Remote control brings high-altitude work down to the ground. The system keeps the network tight, with an average latency of 100 ms or less and a packet loss rate below 1 percent. It supports flexible access for multiple cranes and multiple operators, lifts lifting efficiency by 15 to 30 percent, and cuts labor cost by 30 percent.
Built on LiDAR and digital twin technologies, the system builds a 3D model of the crane and its surroundings, providing centimeter-level safety protection. It supports automated lifting and helps push prefab construction into a new era of unmanned operation.
The system is among the industry's earliest systems to deeply fuse "remote control + centralized management" and to run large-scale, routine, remote centralized lifting. The system's product family is now in routine use at over 180 projects across more than 50 cities in China, including Beijing, Suzhou, Kunming, Hangzhou and Shenzhen.
