On April 1, Aiman Athirah Sabu, Malaysia's Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government, led a delegation to visit CSCEC's Sfera Residence project (MCL).

The ministry is one of Malaysia's key federal departments, responsible for national housing policy, urban and local planning, local government administration, and waste management. Its responsibility includes improving the efficiency and service standards of local governments while promoting access to affordable housing.
During the visit, the delegation reviewed progress on the completed project and discussed coordination with relevant government agencies during the handover phase, as well as upcoming project milestones. The project team presented the development's key features through on-site demonstrations and guided tours. Highlights included the rooftop sky garden offering panoramic views of major landmarks across Kuala Lumpur, as well as showcasing different apartment layouts. These units feature practical design elements such as replaceable kitchen cabinets, energy-efficient appliances, and waterproof, wear-resistant flooring. The delegation also toured the Level 8 shared recreational area, which integrates green community facilities including natural lawns, locally adapted plant species, environmentally friendly playground equipment, a swimming pool filtration and circulation system, and a rainwater harvesting and reuse system.
