The Royal Diriyah Opera House project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, built by CSCEC, has entered the concrete pouring stage for its first ground-level slab in Zone 2.
The Zone 2 ground-level slab is one of the project’s core areas, with a pour area of 1,906 square meters and a total concrete volume of 719 cubic meters. The project has installed four tower cranes and one concrete placing boom. The completion of the first slab pour indicates that above-ground structural works are set to move into an accelerated construction phase.

Located in the Diriyah area west of Riyadh, the development includes the Royal Diriyah Opera House, a five-star luxury hospitality development, a premium mixed-use residential complex, supporting facilities and public areas. The project has a total gross floor area of about 130,000 square meters and is expected to become Saudi Arabia’s first world-class opera house complex upon completion.
