Recently, CSCEC hosted an open day event for the CBD project in New Administrative Capital in Egypt. 28 students and faculty from the Civil Engineering Department of the Canadian International College (CIC) visited the site for an exchange and learning experience.
The students and faculty first toured the CBD project's landscaped boulevard, where project engineers provided a comprehensive overview of the project's progress since its commencement, including key technical solutions and essential construction details.

Next, the group ascended to the 74th floor observation deck of the Iconic Tower—Africa's tallest building, for a panoramic view of the central area of the New Administrative Capital. The engineers explained the critical technologies used during the construction of the Iconic Tower, from the foundation raft to the structural completion.

This open day event not only provided the students with a hands-on opportunity to understand international engineering practices but also gave them a deeper insight into CSCEC's construction capabilities.
