Recently, the P103 Riviera MRT Station and Tunnel Project undertaken by CSCEC received the Certificate of Merit – Environmental at the Annual Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Awards 2025 from Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA), in recognition of its outstanding performance and innovative practices in environmental management.

Upholding the principle of giving equal importance to safety, health, and environmental protection, the project team has actively advanced sustainable development. During construction, the team introduced electric excavators to effectively reduce carbon emissions and noise levels, and installed noise barriers around the site to minimize disruption to surrounding communities. The project has also strengthened its supervision of environmental protection and workplace safety, with a particular focus on drainage and water quality management, ensuring that the construction process coexists harmoniously with the local environment.
