Recently, CSCEC has completed and handed over the F&N Agrivalley project in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
Covering 500 acres with a total floor area of 277,000 square meters, the project comprises 43 individual buildings and 8.6 kilometers of roads, making it one of Malaysia's largest and most modern integrated dairy farming and production facilities.
This project follows an eco-friendly approach with a sustainable model that combines farming, environment protection, and recycling. Lightweight steel and membrane roofs improve light and ventilation in cattle sheds while cutting energy use. Prefabricated steel components were used during construction to save time and reduce on-site pollution.
The project includes advanced international waste treatment systems that recycle livestock waste to support the project's long-term ecological operations.
It received the Platinum Award from the Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Professionals' Association (MOSHPA) in both 2024 and 2025.
