The New Urban Communities Authority under the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities has signed an operation agreement with Horizon Operations Management (Egypt) Co., Ltd., a Chinese-Egyptian joint venture, for Egypt's CBD project in New Administrative Capital.

The signing ceremony was attended by Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Egyptian Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif El-Sherbiny, a Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, and representatives from CSCEC.
