Recently, the Lake City Phase 2 in Malaysia, constructed by CSCEC, successfully passed final inspection and was officially completed. As a benchmark for integrated urban development in Kuala Lumpur, the project is set to further enhance the urban functionality of the city's Kepong district.
Located in the Kepong district of Kuala Lumpur, the development spans a total construction area of approximately 162,000 square meters. It comprises three high-rise towers and a podium. Towers A and B stand at 141.8 meters tall, while Tower C rises to 135.8 meters. The complex integrates a diverse array of functions—including hotel, office, park, shopping center, and residential apartments—and aims to set a new standard for “quality homes” with a focus on green design, smart technology, and a people-centered approach.
The project places a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and resident well-being. Guided by principles of low-carbon, eco-friendly, and sustainable development, it features sky gardens, landscaped green spaces, and leisure plazas, creating a harmonious blend of architecture and nature.
