Recently, the office and R&D center as well as the big data and conference center, constructed by CSCEC in Changsha, Hunan Province, was certified by the Guinness World Records as the longest fair-faced concrete curtain wall with a total length of 611.767 meters.

Fair-faced concrete is known for its high strength, durability, and eco-friendly properties. The project features 80 panels with different angles of white facades, covering a total area of 32,000 square meters. The project has also won four national BIM awards in the fair-faced concrete field.
