Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony for CSCEC-built Wanli Tire production base in Cambodia was held in the SIN Bavet Special Economic Zone in Svay Rieng province’s Bavet town. Once completed, the project will have an annual production capacity of 10 million semi steel radial tires and 1.2 million all steel radial tires.
The project covers a total area of 32 hectares. CSCEC’s responsibilities include civil works, mechanical and electrical installation, and interior decoration. The key structures being built include a rubber mixing workshop, boiler room, production workshop, wastewater treatment plant, office building, dormitories, and cafeteria. The first phase, upon completion, will have an annual production capacity of 6 million semi steel radial tires.
