Recently, Sherif El Sherbini, Egyptian Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, visited the CBD project in New Administrative Capital, constructed by CSCEC, to investigate the project's progress.

During the visit, Sherif El Sherbini and his team toured the hotel's sample apartments, commercial areas, the life bridge, as well as the hotel lobby on the 52nd floor and the 62nd floor of the Iconic Tower. They received detailed updates on the ongoing construction, material approval processes, blueprint reviews, and procurement of materials and equipment.
