Recently, a delegation from the overseas social practice team of Tsinghua University visited the CBD of New Administrative Capital in Egypt. They toured the Iconic Tower—Africa's tallest building, the steel structure corridor of the C07&C08 office buildings, a model room of the residential building D03, and the UWB College. This marks the third visit by Tsinghua University faculty and students to CSCEC's project.
The delegation consisted of nine students from various regions, including China, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, focusing on China-Egypt economic and trade cooperation as their research theme. At the 74th sightseeing floor of the Iconic Tower, the steel structure corridor of the C07&C08 office buildings, and the model room of the residential building D03, the engineers of the project provided detailed presentations on the construction progress.
Additionally, the students visited the UWB College at the CBD project to experience the various activities and training programs hosted by the UWB College with Chinese and Egyptian employees.
