Recently, Sherif El Sherbini, Egyptian Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, along with Deputy Minister Sayed Ismail, visited the Alamein Downtown Towers and the Alamein Crystal Lagoons.
The Alamein Downtown Towers covers an area of approximately 1.1 million square meters. It includes the construction of a super high-rise residential building approximately 300 meters tall, four high-rise residential buildings around 200 meters tall, as well as commercial facilities and municipal and landscaping works. Located between the Iconic Tower and four super high-rise residential buildings, the Alamein Crystal Lagoons spans about 636,000 square meters. It encompasses the design and construction of seven lakeside islands, eleven lagoons, and a circular waterfront promenade. Upon completion, these projects are expected to significantly enhance the attractiveness of the high-rise residential areas in New Alamein City, boosting regional tourism and economic development.
