CSCEC recently conducted a volunteer service at the welfare institution Hospicio de San Jose in Manila, spreading happiness and expanding the happy living environment for the Belt and Road cooperation.
At the event, volunteers from China mingled with the kids, heard their hopes, swapped storybooks, and gave insights into Chinese New Year customs. During the event, Chinese volunteers interacted with the children, learned about their wishes, shared children's books, and introduced Chinese New Year traditions. Martha, a manager at the welfare home, expressed that the loving donations from CSCEC not only made the children feel the warmth and care of society but also filled them with hope and confidence for the future.
