Recently, the Dubai Digital Park was awarded the National Quality Engineering Award for the 2022-2023 period (overseas project).
This project stands as the inaugural smart city initiative in response to the Smart Dubai Strategy With a total built-up area of 237,900 square meters, it comprises 23 multi-story buildings and an accompanying underground parking facility. Functioning as a large-scale urban complex, it integrates office spaces, meeting facilities, hotels, shopping and entertainment, and lifestyle services. The project is committed to creating a smart, convenient, environmentally friendly, and livable community.
Implementing a comprehensive intelligent design, the project encompasses smart features ranging from street-level charging stations for intelligent devices to pop-up smart furniture. Intelligent control center manages amenities such as smart bus shelters, waste management systems, sunshades in the plaza, and other public facilities.
The project has previously been honored with the "Oscar" in green building - LEED Platinum Certification, the highest LEED certification. The project actively engages in the protection of the desert's ecological zone, safeguarding flora and fauna and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
Currently, the project has smoothly commenced operations, attracting a cohort of local high-tech enterprises to the park.
