Recently, the main structure of the D02 section of the Alamein Downtown Towers in Egypt was topped out, marking the completion for all four buildings in sections D01, D02, D01M, and D02M. Meanwhile, the construction of the Iconic Tower has reached the 36th floor, and the mechanical and electrical, internal and external work are orderly progressed.
The Alamein Downtown Towers is located on the northern coast of Egypt along the Mediterranean Sea. The project includes designing and constructing a finely decorated Iconic Tower, four ultra-high residential and commercial buildings, and municipal landscape engineering, with a total construction area of approximately 1.1 million square meters. Among them, the four D buildings have a height of about 210 meters each and a building area of around 160,000 square meters each. The Iconic Tower has a height of approximately 300 meters and a building area of about 460,000 square meters.
