Recently, the National Agency for the Improvement and Development of Housing (AADL) headquarters office building project in Algeria officially passed the provisional acceptance and entered the warranty and maintenance phase.
The project is a modern office building that integrates offices, conferences, and receptions. With a total construction area of 25,450 square meters and a land area of 9,700 square meters, the building includes one R+14 office building and seven villas with related supporting facilities. Its ultra-modern wavy façade blends with the Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete styling of the AADL logo, becoming a new landmark in Algeria.
The project team will continue to work hard to ensure the final acceptance and delivery of the project.
