Jeddah, the bride of the Red Sea. Jeddah is my second hometown. As Saudi Arabia's largest port and second largest city, it carries the dreams of countless people and connects the pilgrimage road to Mecca. Othman, a manager in the material and equipment department for the Jeddah Apartments project, is one of them. Let us follow his lens and explore the ever-changing pulse of this city's continuous renewal.

Othman, originally from Pakistan but raised and educated in Saudi Arabia, is now a part of this project. He has witnessed one building after another being completed in Jeddah, turning the grand blueprint of providing thousands of homes into a reality.

The Jeddah Apartments project is a public welfare project of Saudi Arabia's "Vision 2030" that will provide thousands of affordable housing units in Jeddah. Housing and settlement, we are helping more people gain happiness and space in a home with construction. Looking toward the future to renew a happy living environment, and CSCEC's contributes urban renewal by meeting the housing needs of all people .

The initial phase of the Jeddah Apartments project is situated in the Prince Fawaz Community, Jeddah City, Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia. It includes 75 buildings in 4 districts. The 8-storey apartments covers a total construction area of 453,900 square meters. Currently, the project is 35% complete, and is expected to be a well-planned residential community by 2025.

Here, a comfortable and harmonious living experience blends with local characters. To enhance the quality of living, the project utilizes a lightweight mini wall panel material sourced locally. This eco-friendly material offers excellent sound insulation, along with features such as earthquake resistance, wind pressure resistance, and exterior wall insulation. CSCEC is meticulously crafting a beautiful city with comfort homes.

Saudi Arabia's population is steadily increasing, and the pursuit of a happy and prosperous life is becoming more diverse. Living happily and securely is a basic and universal human pursuit, and the Jeddah Apartments project in the future will provide comfortable living spaces, empowering more people to pursue their dreams worry-free. This is the vision of the happy living environment that CSCEC is expanding.

"Apart from Jeddah Apartments, CSCEC also undertakes the Taif Housing Project, which will provide residential accommodation for over 5,000 people. The “Vision 2030” is a goal, which contains the creation of a vigorous, thriving society.
