CSCEC's volunteering services in Thailand and Egypt

This spring, CSCEC volunteers have carried out a variety of volunteering services themed on "witnessing the future".

Recently, on the occasion of the 45th Arbor Day, CSCEC volunteers visited Thailand's Bang Pa-In Railway Station to carry out the "witnessing the future" tree planting volunteering service, which received strong support and praise from local residents.

The CSCEC volunteer service team in Thailand consists of over 40 Chinese and Thai young employees, who have successively carried out public welfare activities such as repairing roads for rural schools, donating learning supplies, offering free Chinese language classes, and tree planting. They use their vitality to shoulder responsibility along the Belt and Road and build happiness with responsibility.

 

Visiting a Welfare House in Alexandria

Recently, CSCEC volunteers visited a welfare house in Alexandria, Egypt, to deliver Ramadan blessings to the children there.

The welfare house in Alexandria was established in 2017 and has since opened three branches, accommodating over 70 children suffering from language barriers, hyperactivity disorders, and Down syndrome. The center's director expressed gratitude for the volunteers' arrival, thanked CSCEC for bringing joy and warmth to the children, and hoped that CSCEC will help the Egyptian people achieve their dreams for a new city and creating a better future for the children.

The CSCEC volunteer service team in Egypt consists of over 50 Chinese and Egyptian young employees who have successively carried out public welfare activities such as environmental protection, tree planting, and community outreach.
