Located on Xingfu (means happiness) Road in Shaanxi Province, Xi'an Happiness Forest Belt Project, as a protective barrier between industrial and residential areas, highly concentrates the important projects of urban renewal such as old city renovation, subway superstructure, and old industry upgrading.

Its landscape design adheres to the ecological priority principle of the "forest". It covers an area of 756,000㎡. More than 40,000 trees are planted, and the green coverage rate is as high as 85%. The entire forest belt is an ecological barrier and a natural oxygen bar to improve the environment.

In order to solve the problems existing in urban renewal, the Happiness Forest Belt optimizes the spatial development pattern. It covers urban functions such as urban pipe corridors, rail transit, comprehensive commerce, public facilities, and park greening, within an average width of 210 meters of land used.
