The last high-rise building was completed successfully! At CSCEC Egypt's New Capital CBD Project, the topping-out ceremony for Building D04's main structure was held on the morning of May 18, marking the completion of the construction of all main structures. 

Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development; Amr Khattab, spokesman of the Minister; Ahmed Abdel Razek, Vice President of the New Administrative Capital City, and other guests attended the event, during which Chinese and Egyptian guests cast concrete to seal the roof of Building D04 together.

Khaled Abbas conveyed the concerns of Mostafa Madbouly, Egypt's Prime Minister, and Essam al-Gazar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development, offered his congratulations on the achievements and thanked CSCECers for their hard work. He pointed out that the New Capital CBD project is realizing industrial development and technological progress. It not only drives Egypt into the era of high-rise buildings, but also promotes the exchange on construction experience between world-leading companies and local excellent engineers and builders. He fully recognized that China and Egypt have always maintained trust and a good cooperation, and expressed the belief that the New Capital CBD Project will be realized in a perfect performance.

From the Crescent Tower to high-rise residential buildings, it took three years to achieve the successful structural completion of 450,000 ㎡, which is not only the result of the joint efforts but also a model of cooperation between Egypt and China.
