Recently, a  launch ceremony of  the raft concrete casting of Package D02 of Alamein New City Downtown Towers was held.

Up to now, all sections of the project has completed the construction of the pile foundation and the pouring for the raft. In the future, CSCEC will continue to focus on project quality and deliver a satisfactory project to the project proprietor. Emir Abdul Salam, project manager of Dar, and other Egyptian guests congratulated on the successful start of the raft pouring in the D02 bid section, and said that the cooperation with CSCEC was very pleasant. With a good relationship of trust established, they hoped that with the joint efforts of both sides, the project can be successfully completed at an early date.

The D02 bid section has a total construction area of about 145,000 square meters, with a building height of 217.9 meters, 54 floors on the ground and three floors in the podium. The total area of the poured concrete rafts this time is about 2,975 square meters, and the total volume is about 8,851 cubic meters. The project team used C45 and C70 concrete, with thicknesses of two meters, three meters, and 5.75 meters. The concrete pouring lasted about 40 hours.
