Recently, 1650m³ concrete was successfully poured for the raft foundation slab of the National Agency for the Improvement and Development of Housing (AADL) headquarters office building project in Algeria, which has successfully accomplished the project plan.
The project department of CSCEC in Algeria attached great importance to this concrete pouring and successfully tied 340 tons of rebar for the raft slab. The quality of the raft slab pouring was approved by the supervisor and the owner, and the formwork construction of the foundation counter beam is being carried out in a busy and orderly manner.
The project completed the construction of the last support pile on February 16, marking the successful completion of the construction of 134 piles for slope stabilization with a total of 2,750m³ concrete, which laid a good foundation for the structural construction of the villa and the office building, and also created the necessary conditions for the following large-scale construction.
The AADL headquarters building project is located in the center of the city, with a total building area of 26,605 square meters, covering an area of 9,700 square meters, including one R+14 office building and seven villas and related supporting facilities. The project is planned to be a modern office building integrating the functions of offices, conferences and receptions, and will serve as the new office of the headquarters of AADL after completion.
