Alamein Downtown Towers (ADT) Project is the first Design-Build (DB) contract project of CSCEC in Egypt. The Design Management Team of the project is composed of ADT Design Management Department, CSCEC Jinan Design Institute and engineers in shop drawings team who provide detailed and factual design of each package, featuring integrated office information and flat management. To develop the strengths of DB in Fast Track mode, the team has pooled international and local intellectual resources by cooperating with more than 20 design sub-consultants worldwide, such as Jensen Hughes, Alt, Shaker, Pinnacle, RWDI, ESTRATAT, SGI, etc .

A member of the team said, "At the Design Management Team of Alamein Downtown Towers Project, design is an essential part, while the importance of management can't be ignored. We must adapt to the international working environment."
