Recently, the main structure of CSCEC-built Tri-Zen apartments, the first super-high apartment project featuring smart home was capped. Krishan Balendra, the president of Sri Lankan biggest listed company John Keells Holdings and also the project owner, attended the topping-off ceremony.

In his speech, Krishan Balendra thanked CSCEC for its hard work and the project team for overcoming the difficulties such as the epidemic and finishing the main job with a high quality.

With a total construction area about 113,500 square meters and a height of 195 meters, Tri-Zen apartments were located in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and were composed of three 51-to-53-floor super-high residential buildings. Adhering to the concept of smart design, the project brought residents senses of space and comfort to the biggest extent.
